Immigration Minister Jason Kenney announced changes to the Live-in caregiver program last December .

Welcome to the Association of Caregiver & Nanny Agencies Canada (ACNA Canada). We are an industry association of employment agencies who provide nannies and caregivers to Canadian employers through Canada's Foreign Live-In Caregiver Program.
Our mission is to foster transparency, good will, and ethical practice in our industry through dedication to the highest level of integrity and expertise in the fields of immigration, child care and labour standards.
The goals of ACNA Canada are:
- To provide for the establishment, development and education of Canadian businesses providing nanny services to the public;
- To develop a national forum to provide an informational and educational clearinghouse for its members, clients, government and the public; and
- To encourage the highest ethical standards in its members' business affairs.
To that end, ACNA Canada requires all members to abide by our Code of Ethics.
Two of the directors of ACNA Canada are members in good standing of the Canadian Society of Immigration Consultants.
